General Description
The M137 Telescope Mount is used to hold and support the M115 Panoramic Telescope. The M137 provides adjustments in elevation and cant (cross-level) for indirect fire with the gun. This mount consists of two sub-assemblies, one mounted on top of the other and secured by four screws. The built-in instrument lighting system is powered by the vehicle.
The M137 Telescope Mount is used on the M107 Howitzer and M110 SP Howitzer.
